The value for money at Premiere Classe Hotel was impressive. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The location was ideal, close to the old town and great restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from more variety.

Central location, friendly staff

The hotel is a little old and could use some polishing on the staircase, for example. There are no parking spaces.

The perfect location for the Christmas market.

The rooms and the beds very small! And everything very much in need of renovation.

Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city center, close to bars and restaurants. Additionally, the staff was friendly and willing to assist with any inquiries.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The bathroom sink was clogged, which was quite inconvenient.

Unfortunately the room was very loud, as it was also located at the staircase. The curtains were a bit small for the window.

There was nothing negative.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, bars, shops, and just a 5-minute walk from the sea. Although the hotel parking lot was full when we arrived late at around 8 pm, there was a nearby parking house available. However, the next day, we were able to park at the hotel. The room, although small, had a big window and a good bathroom. it was good value for the price.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The room was clean and tidy, providing good value for money. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The internet connection was reliable and fast. a pleasant stay.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few cons. The room lacked storage space for luggage, and there were some cleanliness issues in the shower and under the bed.

Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast. Very central. Small rooms but clean and comfortable.

Parking arrangements are unreliable. Hotel has some spaces behind the building but they sometimes get taken by people who are not guests. This is frustrating when you have booked (and paid for) the space but on your return from a day trip it is no longer there. They need to have a stricter system to cordon off the few spaces and if necessary, have unauthorised users towed away.

Mind-blowing location in the heart of the city, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shops, and a stunning seafront just a short stroll away. Super comfy bed, excellent internet, and an amazingly friendly staff. Jaw-dropping lactose-free milk at breakfast and a beautiful design. Perfectly situated near the exhibition center with tea and coffee in the room. Superb amenities including Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, lift, cots. A value-packed experience!

I really enjoyed my stay, I thought the staff were very helpful and the room was very clean.

Well I got to the hotel at 21.30 and just wanted to relax in my room but was hungray, so room service would have been great.

Very basic but with tea/cofee facility in the room, decent breakfast and staff very friendly & helpful. Definiyely value for money

I knew it but bed was small and a little wobbley.

Clean room, spacious, helpful staff, good location, close to harbour area and promenade, plenty of bakeries and restaurants nearby.
